Job  23, 13-10

But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth. And Jacob said, Nay, I pray thee, if now I have found grace in thy sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen thy face, as though I had seen the face of God, and thou wast pleased with me. Take, I pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee; because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he urged him, and he took it. The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD. A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
